Refund Policy

At Madira Trunk, each bar cabinet is crafted with exceptional care. As our offerings are largely bespoke, we maintain the following refund and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
 

1. Damage Claims:

• Any damaged product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via info@madiratrunk.com with photographic evidence.

• After verification, a replacement or refund (partial/full) will be processed depending on the situation.
   

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized cabinets

• Items purchased during sales or promotions
   

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. Beyond that, cancellation may not be possible.
   

4. Warranty and Repairs:

• All products come with a 12-month structural warranty.

• Warranty is void in cases of mishandling, water damage, or alteration by third parties.
   

5. Return Logistics:

• In approved returns, customers bear return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
   

6. Dispute Redressal:

• Any refund or return dispute shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Gurugram courts in compliance with Indian law.
